Legal Operations Consultant/ Legal Process Improvement – London – £65k – Permanent

Currently have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Operations Consultant/ Legal Process Improvement Consultant to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, partners, associates, and the wider team to enhance service delivery, drive innovation, and improve legal processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team that’s redefining how legal services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day operations and governance forums
  • Analyse legal workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Implement strategies to optimise legal service delivery and reduce costs
  • Manage legal tech solutions—from selection to implementation and training
  • Develop and track performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
  • Oversee vendor and outside counsel relationships
  • Lead knowledge management initiatives and billing processes
  • Drive change management across client and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal operations with business goals
  • Design and deliver training on new tools and processes

The role is based in London, Hybrid working, going into the office 1 day a week.
