Employment Partner – Up to £200,000 salary + Benefits & Bonus
This is a superb opportunity to join a modern, Legal 500 ranked remote practice, offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and senior executives.
The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience acting on contentious, non-contentious and corporate support matters, acting for either employers or employee clients.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 years post qualification experience, with a portable client following. Aside from acting completely remotely, this role offers complete flexibility in terms of working pattern.
The Candidate
- Employment Solicitor with at least 6 years post-qualification experience or equivalent
- A portable client following circa £200,000 or more is essential
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
