About the role:

  • Assist with the set-up and ongoing administration of Group Risk and Healthcare schemes
  • Handle client and provider queries efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure service levels and compliance requirements are consistently met
  • Administer schemes including Private Medical Insurance, Dental, and Wellness programs
  • Support renewals, claims, and provider communications
