Kitchen PorterResponsible for transporting all goods to and from the delivery area, cleaning kitchen utensils and equipment.

Duties include:- Ensuring high standards of service quality for clients, customers, and the company
- Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen areas and equipment
- Using the correct cleaning materials
- Wearing safety glasses, masks, gauntlets, and other necessary clothing when required
- Understanding daily and weekly work schedules
- Attending staff meetings as required
- Adhering to policies and procedures in line with legislation and company standards
- Wearing a neat and clean uniform at all times
- Removing rubbish as needed
- Managing laundry services
- Reporting accidents to the head chef
- Checking incoming stock against invoices/delivery notes
- Logging temperatures of high-risk goods like dairy and meat, and reporting to the Sous or Head Chef
- Carrying out other reasonable management requests
