Art Teacher

We are looking for a creative and committed Art Teacher to join a supportive secondary team on a short-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and ensure continuity in the delivery of a vibrant, engaging art curriculum. Starting June 2025.

Duties as an Art Teacher:

Teach Art across Key Stages 3 and 4

Deliver well-planned, creative lessons that promote technical skills and artistic expression

Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Assess and track pupil progress

Support the wider creative ethos of the school, including displays and exhibitions

Ideal Art Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching Art at secondary level

Strong subject knowledge and classroom management

A flexible, organised, and enthusiastic approach as Art Teacher.

A passion for inspiring creativity and confidence in young people
