Do you want to be part of our growing team? We are looking for a full-time teaching assistant to join our team, working 37 hours per week, term-time only. We offer comprehensive training, fully paid induction, and ongoing Continued Professional Development (CPD) opportunities.

As a qualified Teaching Assistant, your role will be to support our teachers in providing and developing high-quality education tailored to the individual needs of pupils. Good autism practice is essential to this role, along with a person-centred approach to learning. You should be flexible and dynamic in your approaches, maintaining an environment where pupils feel happy, safe, and valued. You must possess the relevant teaching assistant qualifications, as detailed in the person specification. The role may require providing intimate care.
