Campbells Prime Meat Ltd is Scotland's leading fish, meat and delicatessen supplier to hotels and restaurants. We are looking to recruit skilled and experienced butchers on a full-time or part-time basis.
Duties will include preparation of the full range of meat and poultry. Good knife skills and previous experience in butchery is required. Candidates may be required to demonstrate butchery skills with a knife skills test.
These are permanent vacancies. Nightshift or dayshift vacancies are available, part-time and full-time roles are available.
- Nightshift: Hours are typically 9pm to 5am, with options for 4 nights per week or full-time (5 nights per week). Saturday night is non-working.
- Dayshift: Working Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. Hours of work can be flexible, with part-time (4 days per week) also available.
