Chef de Partie – Busy Restaurant – Solihull area

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at this fantastic restaurant in Solihull for a Chef de Partie. As part of a talented brigade, you will be serving food of high quality under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef. Working in a modern, fully equipped kitchen, you can learn under a talented Head Chef. This is an excellent career opportunity.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary to £30k, tips worth 3-4k
• 3 nights off per week

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working to AA Rosette level in the kitchen using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients
• Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service plus events and functions

The Person

• You will already be a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working with all fresh food, ideally to AA rosette level or above
