Job Purpose: Manage the graphics department and all reprographics tasks, ensuring timely completion of work. Knowledge of management, reprographics, and Esko systems is required. Coordinate within a multidisciplinary Graphics department, ensuring accurate information flow, stakeholder communication, and graphic approvals. Keep schedules updated and provide reports as needed. Act as the liaison between customers, external sales, customer service, and production teams, resolving daily issues and managing long-term reprographics projects.
Technical Skills: Management experience to lead the reprographics team and manage customer expectations. Knowledge of Esko WebCenter, Automation Engine, and ArtPro+ is a plus. Extensive reprographics knowledge for supporting complex projects. Delegation skills and goal setting for the team. Support sales teams and customers with technical assistance. Manage communications and email delegation. Handle retailer artwork approvals per company standards. Ensure projects follow company processes across departments.
