We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Partnerships Executive to support our growing brand partnerships team. This role involves assisting in the development, execution, and maintenance of strategic partnerships with external brands, helping to drive collaboration and mutual business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership support
- Lead negotiations and closing of partnership contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both Liberty and brand partner. Oversee all contractual obligations, ensuring they are executed on time and in line with agreed-upon terms.
- Identify, target, and secure new partnerships to drive revenue growth. Develop and execute strategies for outreach, pitching, and closing deals, ensuring that all partnerships align with Liberty’s core values.
- Support the creation and implementation of partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.
Campaign Coordination:
- Help manage the day-to-day execution of partnership campaigns, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate logistics and communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights to improve future initiatives.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for external partners, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Expertise in establishing and nurturing long-term, high-value relationships with luxury brand executives.
- Help maintain detailed records of partner interactions, agreements, and communications.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams ( central marketing team, buying, creative channels) to ensure alignment on partnership objectives and deliverables.

Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update partnership databases, tracking key milestones and activities.
