The Opportunity
This is an incredible opportunity to join a well-established and experienced team with some great clients across a wide range of markets, including nuclear, utilities, water, and life sciences/pharmaceuticals. We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in one of these industries. This is a 360 role where experience in bringing on new business and achieving success in your market is essential.
What we\’re looking for
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within the nuclear, utilities, water, or life sciences/pharmaceutical sectors
- Previous experience in the fast-paced contract market is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
