We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in Bradford. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone with a strong clinical background and proven management experience, who thrives in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring clinical best practices and safe standards.
  • Oversee and support a team of clinical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to junior staff.
  • Manage clinical operations effectively, ensuring efficient patient flow and coordination of services.
  • Monitor staff performance, ensuring high standards are maintained and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Act as a key decision-maker in clinical situations, supporting both patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong clinical experience in a relevant healthcare field (nursing, allied health, etc.).
  • Proven management experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
  • Excellent knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care practices.
  • Ability to manage both clinical and non-clinical responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
