As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and lifecycle marketing for our client's core products and services. You will act as the voice of the customer, collaborating across product, growth, and creative teams to develop compelling, data-driven campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, and loyalty. This role blends the strategic vision of a product leader with the creative flair of a storyteller. Ideal background is FS/Fintech/Crypto.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Positioning
    • Develop and own the product marketing roadmap for assigned product lines
    • Create clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions to stand out in competitive markets
    • Define and refine target audiences, user personas, and customer journeys to inform marketing strategies
  • Launch Execution
    • Lead GTM strategies for new features, products, or services, coordinating with cross-functional teams including product, design, communications, and growth
    • Produce engaging marketing assets for channels such as websites, email, social media, in-app content, and video
    • Partner with PR, content, and community teams to amplify launches and maximize external impact
  • Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback studies to shape product and marketing strategies
    • Perform customer interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover actionable insights
    • Translate insights into recommendations for product improvements and messaging optimization
  • Growth & Retention
    • Collaborate with lifecycle and growth teams to design campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention
    • Optimize onboarding processes and conversion funnels through data-driven experiments
    • Identify opportunities to enhance user engagement through new features, promotions, or incentives
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar)
    • Iterate on strategies based on data insights and customer feedback to continuously improve outcomes
