As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll shape the narrative, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle campaigns on our client's platform. Acting as the customer’s advocate, you’ll connect product, growth, and creative teams to develop engaging, data-driven stories and campaigns that boost adoption, loyalty, and trust. This role blends the strategic vision of a product leader with the creative flair of a storyteller.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Positioning: Own the product marketing roadmap for spot trading and crypto card verticals. Develop distinctive messaging and value propositions to stand out in a competitive landscape. Refine user personas, use cases, and customer journeys to align with market needs.
- Launch Execution: Spearhead go-to-market plans for new features and products, collaborating with product, design, communications, and growth teams. Create compelling marketing materials for web, email, social media, in-app, and video channels. Work with PR, content, and community teams to maximize external launch impact.
- Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to guide strategy. Perform interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover insights for product and messaging enhancements. Stay informed on industry trends to keep strategies relevant.
- Growth & Retention: Collaborate with lifecycle and growth teams to design campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention. Enhance onboarding experiences and conversion funnels through data-driven testing. Promote engagement through innovative features, rewards, and crypto card incentives.
- Performance & Reporting: Establish KPIs to evaluate marketing campaign success. Monitor and analyse performance using tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent. Rapidly iterate strategies based on data insights and user feedback.
Profile Requirements
- 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or fast-growing tech startups.
- Demonstrated success in launching and growing B2C financial products or platforms.
- Deep knowledge of centralized exchanges, crypto spot trading, and payment card systems.
- Exceptional communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into compelling narratives.
- Collaborative mindset, with a track record of thriving in cross-functional, fast-paced settings.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous.
