Our client in the Health, Wellness & Wellbeing Consumer Products space is looking for an Executive Assistant to Founders. This position may also support other managers and teams within the business. The ideal candidate may have worked in Start Up, Wellness, Health, Wellbeing, and/or consumer products previously. The role will be 4 days office based with 1 day remote.
Duties may include (but are not limited to):
- Complex diary management - across multiple time zones
- Events and socials
- Complex travel arrangements
- Minute taking
- Strategic planning of itineraries
- Project management
- High profile stakeholder management
- Investor relations
- Board level meeting agendas and presentations (including PowerPoint)
- Actively seeking ways to improve business processes and analysing results
- Expenses, purchase orders, etc.
- Support the wider business as needed
