We are seeking a skilled Legal Recruiter with expertise in the US legal market to join our dynamic Limassol-based team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely or hybrid from Limassol, collaborating with a focused, supportive, and ambitious group of professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding recruitment results for top US law firms.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and place Associate and Partner-level candidates in leading US law firms.
- Build and maintain relationships with law firm partners and lateral recruitment teams in the US.
- Drive business development by securing new US-based clients and nurturing existing relationships.
- Conduct high-level calls and virtual meetings with senior legal professionals, demonstrating professionalism and market expertise.
- Collaborate with our global team to deliver strategic recruitment solutions and uphold Executive Hunt’s reputation.
- Essential: Proven track record of placements at Associate and/or Partner level in top US law firms, or comparable high-level recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of the US legal market, with the ability to adapt to its nuances.
- Fluency in English, with exceptional communication skills to engage senior US law firm partners.
- Skills: Confidence and gravitas to build relationships with senior legal professionals.
- Strong business development skills to generate and maintain client relationships.
