BREEAM Sustainability Consultant | Permanent | Surrey | up to £50,000 Are you an experienced Sustainability Consultant within the building services industry? Do you have your BREEAM AP or Assessor certification? We are working with a specialist, boutique, Sustainability Consultancy who growing their Consultancy team with two brand-new BREEAM qualified Sustainability Consultants. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing consultancy and take the lead on some of the most innovative and complex sustainable construction projects in the UK. The Role You\’ll be leading on BREEAM Assessments across a variety of commercial projects within Building Services. As a senior member of the team, you\’ll also mentor junior consultants, build relationships with clients and get involved with the wider sustainability and energy reduction plans. Key Responsibilities: Leading on Sustainability Assessments – specifically BREEAM. Wider sustainability assessments and consultants, including WELL, Fitwell and more. Lead client and design team workshops. Support junior team members\’ training and development. About you Minimum BREEAM AP certification – BREEAM Assessor is even better! Building Services industry background.
