We are currently looking for a Housing Officer to join a Housing Association based in Cardiff on a temporary contract for 2 months. This role is offering great flexbility and hybrid working.

Housing Office responsibilities:
- Be a visible presence on specialist housing schemes, maximising communication to achieve tenancy sustainability and positive tenancy management
- Enforce tenancy conditions in line with agreements, policies and standards, with an early intervention and prevention ethos
- Managing low levels of ASB
- Dealing with Neighbourhood Issues
- Dealing with Tenancy queries and complaints
