About the role:

As our E-Commerce Manager, you’ll play a key role in maximising online sales and enhancing user experience across our digital platforms. You will be responsible for the smooth running of our website, optimising conversion rates, and supporting our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to drive retention and loyalty. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, your strategic insight and analytical mindset will help us stay ahead in a fast-paced digital landscape.

Typical duties and responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain our website to ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up to date.
  • Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies through A/B testing, user journey analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Support the development and execution of CRM initiatives to increase customer retention and engagement.
  • Analyse key data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, IT, and third-party suppliers to deliver seamless e-commerce solutions.
  • Oversee website content management to ensure alignment with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the e-commerce budget, focusing on delivering high ROI and cost-effective strategies.
  • Champion online customer experience, acting on feedback and continuously improving digital touchpoints.
