What You’ll Do:
- Provide admin support to all functions, namely HR, EHS/Site Services, Finance, and IT.
- Manage HR admin including tickets, payroll support, company cars, agency admin, training tracker, and holiday calendar maintenance.
- Coordinate site training, liaise with HRBP, organize training sessions, and manage logistics.
- Support EHS Manager with administration of benchmarks, site metrics, training, and health & safety processes.
- Process site orders on SAP, raise POs, resolve invoice issues, and process agency timesheets weekly.
- Attend site meetings as an administrator, take notes, and support documentation.
- Act as first point of contact at reception, providing excellent customer service, welcoming visitors, managing calls, and maintaining reception area standards.
- Provide general office support: post, meetings, telephone lists, locker management, supplies, uniforms, pool cars, purchase orders, travel arrangements.
- Maintain employee files and records in compliance with GDPR, including time and attendance for staff.
- Coordinate site recognition and engagement activities, support site events, wellness, inclusion, and diversity initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports on attendance, recognition, engagement, headcount, and flexi-banks; create bespoke reports as needed.
