Practical hands-on experience with electronics development (PCB rework, soldering, test equipment). Confidence working with clients and motivating cross-functional teams. A 1st or 2:1 degree from a leading university in electronic engineering or a closely related subject. Experience in regulated sectors such as medical devices, diagnostics, or pharma. Familiarity with schematic capture, PCB layout, and design for manufacture. Commercial awareness and interest in contributing to business growth.
