We’re hunting for a sharp, senior sales leader to step into a vibrant, fast-growing group of companies buzzing with energy, innovation, and a seriously strong culture. The current Sales Director is moving on to new adventures after steering the ship through big growth, exciting acquisitions, and system upgrades.
What’s on your plate?
- Leading a brilliant, dynamic team - 4 direct reports plus a lively crew of account managers and business developers.
- Juggling fast-paced, agile days packed with meetings, forecasting, budgeting, tender kick-offs, and proposals.
- Nurturing and expanding a mixed portfolio of UK and international clients across sectors like retail, beauty, construction, finance, healthcare, and more.
- Getting hands-on with business development - this is about being proactive, not a passive emailer.
- Owning the CRM system - pipeline management is your playground.
- Supporting senior execs and being a key voice in monthly board and strategy meetings.
- Stepping into client shoes occasionally with site visits and networking events.

- Final: A face-to-face presentation to full SLT - you’ll talk them through managing a high-performing team and share your proudest client success.
