Graphic Designer Opportunities for Senior & Mid-Weight Positions at a London-based Design Agency in Primrose Hill (Hybrid 3 days a week in the office).

We are looking for talented Graphic Designers to join a design-based company that redefines categories and culture for their clients. A 55-person multi-disciplined team combines bold conceptual thinking with exceptional execution, creating meaningful brand interactions for a new generation of consumers. We need creatives with proven ability to create exceptional ideas-based work, confident in taking projects from briefing through to final delivery.

Their clients range from start-ups to established global brands across design, digital and advertising. Experience working with clients and strong communication skills are essential.

  • Senior Graphic Designer (£45k-£60k)
    • Lead creative deliverables and oversee junior team members
    • Build and maintain direct client relationships
    • Guide art direction for still and motion projects
    • Brief and manage third-party suppliers
    • Work with Creative Directors and Heads of Department
  • Mid-Weight Graphic Designer (£35k-£45k)
    • Take ownership of individual projects with creative confidence
    • Present and sell work with clarity and self-belief
    • Champion sideways thinking and challenge creative conventions
    • Collaborate within project teams on key deliverables
    • Support senior team members on larger initiatives

Essential Skills (Both Roles)

  • Strong experience across print and digital
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
  • Sketch or Figma experience
  • Excellent typography knowledge and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and timelines
  • UX principles understanding
  • After Effects/Premier experience (bonus)
