Harper Adams University catering department is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Chef de Partie to join their busy team. The role involves working predominantly Monday to Friday, with early shifts from 6am to 2pm or late shifts from 11am to 7pm. Occasional weekend work is also required. Benefits include 21 days of annual leave, rising to 25 days after 5 years, 8 extra university closure days, bank holidays, uniforms, and meals on duty. Great training opportunities are available.
Working alongside the Head Chef and Second Chef, responsibilities include:
- Aiding with menu preparation
- Ensuring all food preparation is carried out to high standards following recipes
- Monitoring ordering and stock levels
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment, with attention to detail and a passion for excellent food.
