We are looking for an experienced MC Truck Driver with experience working with low loader trailers to join a great civil team who do road and bridges, housing and industrial estates, pipe laying and drainage projects for residential and commercial developers, including large government infrastructure projects and private enterprise. They keep their modern fleet of equipment in good condition and look after their great team of people with good conditions.
The role will start early and be finished by 4.00 pm each day working Monday to Friday, with the role primarily responsible for transporting civil machinery from depot to work site and back. Good hourly rate of $45 per hour depending on experience initially temporary role but may lead to a permanent position.
To be considered for the role you will be able to demonstrate:
- No less than 2 years MC trucking experience (working in civil construction ideally on tipper trucks)
- Must be well experienced with working in and around traffic
- Appropriate level of fitness to undertake general labouring tasks involved in the job
- Hold an unrestricted MC licence
- Current civil tickets will be looked upon favorably
