Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client Bell Group with recruiting an HR Advisor to join their HR team as the business continues to evolve. As part of a small, well-established HR team you will support in a generalist capacity, delivering on both business as usual and key projects which will support the organisation's growth, promoting a positive and nurturing culture.
In this role you will:
- Provide professional advice and guidance on employee related matters such as disciplinary issues, grievances, performance, and absence management
- Support and coach managers dealing with HR issues, ensuring they are managed proactively and concluded in a timely manner
- Continuously support the up-skill of managers to ensure consistency and compliance in the handling of HR matters across the business
- Contribute to the continuous review and improvement of HR practices and processes
- Assist with developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Provide commercial solutions whilst minimising risk
We are looking for:
