Full Job Description - Franchise Business Manager

The Franchise Business Manager role will be office-based and focused on supporting and developing the Franchise Business and, more importantly, our franchisees daily. You are the franchisees' primary point of contact, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders and collaboration partners. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the senior leadership team with various projects and tasks.
  • Managing the operations and standards across the Franchise Business.
  • Conducting Business Strategy Sessions 1-2-1 and group coaching sessions with the Franchise Brand Partners.
  • Managing the recruiting, onboarding and training of new and developing Franchisees.
  • Ensuring compliance and effective franchise management.
  • Updating and accurately recording company documents and systems.
  • Attending company events and meetings as required, such as Franchise shows and Team meetings.
  • Tracking and Reporting on Business Objectives and Targets.
  • Collecting, tracking and Reporting stats and data.
  • General Business activities, including inbound and outbound email and community management.
  • Managing and motivating the franchisees by offering effective coaching and advice through Internal strategies and campaigns.
  • Implementing and maintaining our brand's high standards both Internally and externally.
  • Contributing towards acquisition and retention strategies in the Franchise.

The Franchise Business Manager will work as part of a wider team, primarily working closely with our franchise assistant and reporting directly to the Managing Director.

  • Experienced working within the franchise Industry (preferable)
  • Experienced working in Business Relationship Management.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced working with start-up Businesses.
  • Experienced in creating Business strategies.
  • Knowledgeable about Online Business.
  • Experienced in Tech and has computer literacy skills with the ability to navigate various software and systems.
  • Knowledgeable about social media strategy and engagement to manage social media channels and internal community groups.
  • Self-motivated and able to work at a pace in an exciting, fast-paced company where time is critical, and things change frequently.
  • Experienced in providing Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • A People Person with strong communication skills.
  • Experienced in Problem-Solving skills and able to reach ethical Business decisions.
  • Organised with great time management skills.
  • Articulate and has a good eye for detail.
  • Aware of High-Performance coaching.
  • Professional and ethical in Business and beyond.
