Role Overview We are seeking a Gas-Qualified Domestic Appliance Engineer with CCN1 and CKR1 certification to join our North London team. You will repair and service a range of domestic appliances including gas cookers and white goods such as washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, and refrigeration, delivering excellent first-time fixes and customer service. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair gas cooking appliances (CCN1 & CKR1 required) Service and repair at least 4 of the following: washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, refrigeration, and electric cookers Work efficiently on pre-planned routes with daily parts delivery Provide excellent customer service and maintain high first-time fix rates Work independently while following company processes and health & safety standards What You\’ll Need Minimum 2 years\’ experience repairing white goods in the field Valid ACS certificates: CCN1 and CKR1 (LAU1 and LPG conversion are a bonus) Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points Strong diagnostic skills and good communication abilities Commitment to delivering quality repairs and great customer experience What We Offer Competitive salary £39,000 – £43,000 basic(Inclusive of £7,000 per annum London Weighting for engineers living within the inner M25 area) + uncapped bonus (OTE up to £50,000) Sign-on bonus available Company van with fuel card, Apple CarPlay, air conditioning, and private use option Pre-planned routes and paid drive time In-time daily parts delivery to local collection points Up to 33 days holiday including bank holidays Pension scheme and death in service benefit (3x salary) City & Guilds assured training and career progression opportunities No sales targets for consumables Free Multi-Appliance Protection (MAP) for your own home appliances How To Apply Ready to take your career to the next level with a market-leading, sustainable company?
