About the Role:
As a Placement Year Intern, you’ll work closely with our MD and wider team, assisting with daily duties across the full executive search process. You’ll gain valuable insight into headhunting, client engagement, market research, and deal-making—all while learning how high-growth businesses recruit senior-level talent. This is a unique opportunity to build real commercial experience, develop client-facing skills, and understand the full 360 recruitment process from one of the best seats in the house.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the MD on live projects, client briefs, and candidate searches
- Conducting market research, industry mapping, and talent identification
- Assisting with outreach to senior professionals through calls, emails, and meetings
- Coordinating interviews, preparing candidate profiles, and managing CRM systems
- Learning first-hand how to develop and manage client relationships
- Contributing to team success through research, admin support, and commercial insight
- Shadowing senior consultants and gaining one-to-one mentorship
