The Jason Floyd Golf Academy in southern Spain is looking to hire a full-time University Placement Coordinator to join our team. This department plays a vital role in supporting our student-athletes as they pursue college golf scholarships in the United States. You will work closely with students and their families, helping them identify suitable U.S. colleges, prepare athletic and academic profiles, and manage communication with coaches and admissions teams. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of young European golfers and be part of a high-performance international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide student-athletes through the U.S. college recruitment and admissions process
- Communicate with college coaches, admissions offices, and families
- Support students in preparing applications, resumes, and video profiles
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA eligibility rules
- Collaborate with coaches, performance staff, and parents to align on goals
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Degree in Sports Management, Education, or a related field
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the U.S. college sports system (NCAA/NAIA) is preferred
