We’re Spinbox , a digital agency delivering bespoke websites and platforms that actually make a difference. We’re looking for a Client Delivery Manager who understands how web projects really work, from UX/UI and SEO to front-end and back-end development, and knows how to spot opportunities to help clients grow. This role blends Account Management with Project Delivery and a commercial edge – you’ll be the client’s trusted partner, the internal team’s strategic lead, and (in time) a key driver of upsell and new business opportunities. What you\’ll be doing: Leading the delivery of website and digital platform projects Translating client goals into technical requirements Managing scopes, timelines, and budgets Working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders Identifying opportunities to improve SEO, UX, and site performance Building long-term relationships and spotting commercial opportunities Proactively introducing relevant services and solutions to clients What you\’ll need: Experience managing digital/web projects (agency or similar) Solid understanding of front-end/back-end development and CMS platforms Working knowledge of UX/UI design , SEO , and performance metrics Excellent communication skills – both technical and client-facing Commercial awareness – understands how to create value for clients and the agency A proactive, confident, and consultative approach Experience with Umbraco, Sitefinity, WordPress, or similar CMS Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methods A genuine passion for digital innovation Hybrid Working – Office collaboration (3 days a week) + home comforts (2 days a week).
