What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?
This programme allows aspiring candidates to express interest in joining our Cabin Crew 'hold pool' for future training courses later this year. Successful applicants will be invited to an online interview, added to the hold pool, and prioritized for upcoming training courses. Regular updates will be provided to confirm your interest and discuss potential locations.
Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK or travel freely within the Ryanair network.
- Height approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support others.
- Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Willing to work shifts, including early mornings and late nights.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- A passion for travel and meeting new people.
