Associate - Private Credit

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and credit underwriting across leveraged finance and private credit portfolios.
• Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, including risk assessment and structuring.
• Support the preparation of investment memoranda, financial models, and due diligence materials.
• Monitor portfolio performance and assist with ongoing risk management activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Stay abreast of market trends within leveraged finance, private credit, and emerging markets to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in leveraged finance, private credit, or emerging markets investing.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in financial modeling and credit analysis.
• Familiarity with complex debt instruments and capital structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
