This Partnerships Manager role is an opportunity to join a hugely successful talent management and entertainment agency. You will work to form long-lasting brand partnerships for a dazzling roster of TV, celebrity and influencer talent.
The Job
- Reaching out to fresh new potential brands to sell the superb roster of talent to.
- Maintaining and maximising existing relationships.
- Devise partnerships strategy that results in authentic collaborations and significant revenue for talent and agency alike.
- Work closely with the agency's Talent Agents to ensure partnerships align with the talent's personal interests and aspirations.
- Respond to all inbound leads as well as initiating outbound conversations.
- Upselling agency partnerships and source new clients for sales opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the agency's talent roster - which spans broadcast, digital, sport, music & actors.
Requirements
- At least 2 years brand partnerships / talent management experience is required.
- An impressive network of brand contacts - across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellbeing & tech.
