Our all-day dining eatery, Spagnoletti, located in the heart of Kings Cross, offers Italian-inspired cuisine crafted from humble ingredients that honor authentic Italian traditions. Under the guidance of our new Chef Patron, Adam Simmonds, we aim to showcase creativity and distinctive style in every dish.

Chef Simmonds brings extensive culinary expertise, having trained under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and earned Michelin Stars at Ynshir Hall and Danesfield House.

We are seeking an experienced Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our team and work alongside Simmonds and our staff.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be familiar with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine and have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Be a team player, flexible, and passionate about the hospitality industry.

• Have excellent organizational skills and a good memory to manage food and drink orders and guest preferences.

• Report directly to the General Manager and maintain open communication regarding restaurant operations.

• Supervise their duties during service, ensuring standards and procedures are followed.

• Support and lead the team by example, providing moral support and training where needed.

• Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will maintain a neat appearance, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and easily build rapport with guests.
