WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Falmouth, Massachusetts.

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Emergency Room Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Falmouth, MA.

Job Function

  • Night Shift. 3x12: 7pm - 7am.
  • Manage care for adult and pediatric patients experiencing life-threatening conditions that require complex assessment, high-intensity therapies, and interventions.
  • Provide support, education, and comfort to patients and their families throughout their emergency room experience.
  • Maintain close communication with all members of the healthcare team and independently recognize the need for early intervention.
  • Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic testing.
  • Perform medical procedures including IV insertion, intubation, medication administration, blood draws, and other essential interventions.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Current RN license for the state of Massachusetts.
  • 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience is required.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications from the American Heart Association are required.
