Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

• Conduct calls with clients to build long-term relationships and generate vacancies
• Act as a Brand Champion, influencing clients and candidates to see Gravitas as the recruitment partner of choice
• Research industry trends to stay knowledgeable in your market
• Write engaging job briefs, post on social media (LinkedIn), and contact candidates directly
• Collaborate effectively within the team
• Focus on personal and professional growth with support from our Learning and Development team
• Meet personal KPI and activity goals through our training program
