Percival are excited to be working with Mencap to help them recruit for a new Partnerships Development Manager. The post holder will join a successful corporate fundraising team to help them build on the great partnerships they have in place and develop new partnerships with a range of businesses.

About the role
The post holder will be responsible for building new charity of the year partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, strategic level partnerships, and grants from corporate foundations at the six and seven figure level to match existing partners like Amazon and Google. The post holder will build on the existing pipeline of opportunities to bring through and pitch to new corporate donors, utilising the great track record that Mencap have built.
They are looking for corporate fundraising professionals with experience in securing multiple new six figure plus corporate partnerships. The successful candidate will need to be able to identify warm relationships across the organisation and successfully develop these into formal corporate partnerships.
