You\’ll work closely with ownership and be a key part of keeping our dealership running smoothly and successfully behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations Prepare and review monthly financial statements Ensure accuracy in general ledger, reconciliations, A/R, A/P, and payroll Manage the store’s financial health and internal controls Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all financial matters Handle floor plan payoffs and liaise with bank reps Prepare commissions and benefit payments Oversee manufacturer accounts, warranty claims, co-op, etc. Assist with year-end reviews/audits and tax filings Lead, train, and support accounting staff Provide timely reporting to the management team What We’re Looking For: Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or Business Administration Strong leadership skills and a collaborative spirit High character, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience with dealership accounting software (a plus) Solid understanding of dealership accounting and financial processes Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Some flexibility based on business needs) This is more than just an accounting job — it’s a leadership opportunity in a dealership that values energy, initiative, and people who enjoy what they do.
