This high-impact role sits at the heart of a fast-paced transformation agenda and involves working across multiple business units and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Implement project and change management methodologies to drive consistency and efficiency. Act as a key point of contact between business functions, leadership, and external advisors. Create structured project delivery plans and define governance, scope, and budgets. Analyse integration risks, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Engage stakeholders regularly to report progress, manage escalations, and influence decisions. Build robust reporting and data insights to support decision-making and performance tracking. Contribute to the design and rollout of a unified project delivery framework. Support culture alignment and cross-functional collaboration during the integration. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong project management background within financial services or a similarly regulated environment. Proven experience in change delivery and organisational integration, ideally involving M&A. Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-evolving setting with multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with executive teams. Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
