Overview: An established and growing financial services group is seeking an experienced Project Consultant to support and lead complex change initiatives, with a specific focus on the integration of two merging organisations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement project and change management methodologies to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Act as a key point of contact between business functions, leadership, and external advisors.
  • Create structured project delivery plans and define governance, scope, and budgets.
  • Analyse integration risks, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
