This entry-level role doesn\’t require formal experience, but a background in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Supervision: Oversee promotional events, ensuring smooth operations and professional standards.
• Product Presentations: Confidently showcase our clients\’ products and services, boosting brand awareness and market share.
• Building Relationships: Help drive revenue growth by building strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in coaching sessions and stay updated on the latest product developments.
• Training & Mentorship: Assist in training new team members, monitor their progress, and ensure efficient sales processes.
• Business Insight: Gain exposure to various business aspects through group meetings and one-on-one mentoring.
• Achieving Targets: Work toward performance and training goals, with a focus on both personal and team development.
