Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
- NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety or equivalent
- Health and Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH General Certificate)
- Relevant estates or facilities management qualification (desirable)
- At least three years’ experience in fire risk assessments, audits, and compliance is essential
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required
- Occasional out-of-hours work and work at heights or in confined spaces may be necessary
