Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications

  • NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety or equivalent
  • Health and Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH General Certificate)
  • Relevant estates or facilities management qualification (desirable)
  • At least three years’ experience in fire risk assessments, audits, and compliance is essential
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required
  • Occasional out-of-hours work and work at heights or in confined spaces may be necessary
