Senior HSE Advisor – Freelance – Cumbria (UK) Location: Cumbria, UK (1 week on / 1 week off rotation) Availability: Full-time Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6 months + extension We are seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to drive a proactive and positive health & safety culture across the West Coast region, supporting offshore wind operations. Key Responsibilities: * Drive a strong HSE culture across offshore operations * Conduct health, safety & environmental audits, inspections, and incident/near-miss investigations * Maintain all evidence and documentation using the Synergi system * Support offshore emergency exercises, lead wash-up/lessons-learned meetings * Engage in toolbox talks, pre-sail and back-to-work briefs * Actively participate in QHSE meetings Skills & Experience: * Current GWO offshore certification * NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum); diploma or equivalent preferred * Offshore HSE experience essential * Strong administrative and IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Additional Information: * 1 week on / 1 week off rotation based out of Barrow-in-Furness * Travel, accommodation, and meals covered Interested?
