What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store operates smoothly daily.
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, often being the sole manager with full accountability.
- Collaborating with a team to complete tasks, ensuring efficient and safe customer service.
- Managing people by overseeing performance, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.
- Supporting other nearby stores as needed in a network of convenience stores.
