We are looking for someone passionate about performance marketing who wants to make a tangible difference in people’s lives by helping to promote legal services that support injured individuals and their families. You will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of PPC and social media campaigns aimed at attracting potential claimants, increasing website conversions, and enhancing our online presence. Job Description: Assist in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing) focused on lead generation for Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence services Conduct keyword research relevant to legal search terms and develop compelling ad copy that aligns with regulatory standards Support campaign tracking using UTM parameters, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tools (e.g. call tracking software, CRM) Help grow and develop the firm’s social media presence, producing content that is both professional and accessible Schedule and publish posts across a range of social media platforms, ensuring compliance with legal sector tone and guidelines Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and suggest improvements based on data analysis Collaborate with the wider organisation on content for landing pages, blogs, and client success stories Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing and advertising rules relating to legal services (e.g. SRA guidance, Google Ads policy for legal content) Stay up to date with competitor spend and activity, trends, and new platforms or ad formats Person Specification 1+ years’ experience a digital marketing role Experience running PPC or paid social campaigns Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals Understanding of social media platform best practices Excellent written English and attention to detail Comfortable using analytics tools to report on performance Empathetic and client-focused mindset Organised and methodical Experience working in a legal or regulated professional services environment Familiarity with SRA or ASA advertising guidelines Basic knowledge of legal terminology (especially around personal injury and negligence) NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
