About the role
As our Receptionist, you will meet, greet, and sign in all visitors at the office. You will be responsible for ensuring that the reception area is always neat and tidy and that each visitor is comfortable and offered refreshments. You will interact with our staff daily, so being friendly, caring, and kind is essential.

- Answer the front door intercom promptly and ensure visitors are welcomed.
- Be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries. Answer phones and emails promptly and politely.
- Keep the reception area, office, and kitchen neat, tidy, and welcoming. Ensure fridges are well stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness in all rooms, load and unload dishwashers, and keep the kitchen and boardrooms stocked, ensuring the office is clean and safe.
- Support the office team with packaging and posting mailouts, and handling materials such as leaflets and invoices.
- Assist with administrative tasks like filing, laminating, ordering supplies, and booking reservations.
- Provide weekly reports as requested.
- Order office stationery and refreshments as needed.
- Handle problems and queries from visitors or internal and external bodies.
- Promote an atmosphere of cooperation and positivity within the office, dealing with colleagues, visitors, and suppliers with courtesy and respect at all times.
