Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP). Experience on MEP projects / construction/ Data centres Conduct model federation, clash detection, and coordination reviews. Ensure all models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 standards. Support the preparation and maintenance of BEPs, model deliverables, and data standards. Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and manage model issue resolution. Maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (e.g., Autodesk BIM 360 / ACC, Revizto). Provide BIM support and training to design and project teams. Generate drawings, schedules, and data exports from models as required. Degree/diploma in Engineering, or Construction.
