We are looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Leasehold / Mixed-Use Property Manager to support the management of a varied portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property who is eager to develop their skills and progress toward a full Property Manager role.
You’ll work closely with Senior Property Managers to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations, excellent tenant communication, and strong compliance standards across our leasehold and commercial sites.
About You
You’re a motivated team player with great communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a genuine interest in property management. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day management of residential and mixed-use properties, responding to tenant and leaseholder queries and supporting inspections and communications.
- Support financial processes including service charge budgeting, invoice processing, and arrears monitoring.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks, contractor access, and track service delivery and records.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and support major works and Section 20 consultations.
- Prepare meeting materials, attend AGMs, take minutes, and manage lease data and key dates.
- Accurately maintain property records and digital files within management systems (e.g. Propman).
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Experience in property management support or general property administration.
- Understanding of leasehold and landlord-tenant principles.
- Highly organised with strong time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Confident using Microsoft Office; willing to learn new systems.
Desirable
- Studying toward IRPM or AssocRICS qualification.
- Familiarity with service charge budgets and Section 20.
- Awareness of building safety regulations and compliance.
- Experience with mixed-use schemes (residential + commercial).
