Job Description: Junior Social Media - Agency-side - London (Hybrid) - £32-35k DOE

The Agency: My client is a medium-sized social media and content agency who specialise in working with brands in the retail, luxury and travel industries predominantly.

The Role:

  • Collaborate with the Social and Creative teams to produce standout content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X, and YouTube.
  • Lead on campaign planning and content delivery, ensuring everything is aligned with strategy and brand identity.
  • Monitor performance and KPIs, using insights to drive growth and optimise content across all channels.
  • Manage client comms and partnerships, including influencers, brand ambassadors, and external agencies.
  • Source and review content assets, from UGC to video edits, and support live shoots and on-the-ground content capture.
  • Work closely with paid media partners to support paid social strategy and amplify organic content.
  • Handle campaign budgets and freelancer coordination, ensuring projects run smoothly and on time.
  • Keep up with social trends, contribute to new business pitches, and support post-campaign reporting.

About You:

  • 2+ years' experience in a social media role, ideally in an agency.
  • A proactive, organised and passionate character.
