️ Join Our Hire Fleet Road Tester Team! ️ We\’re searching for a Hire Fleet Road Tester to become an essential part of our dedicated team at 4th Dimension Innovation in Egham, Surrey . If you have a keen eye for quality, thrive on maintaining top-tier motorcycles, and enjoy ensuring excellence in road testing, this is the perfect role for you! ️ Main Duties: Conduct road tests on hire fleet motorcycles following workshop maintenance procedures. Perform basic motorcycle maintenance , quality control, and fleet cleaning tasks. Ensure motorcycles leaving the workshop meet the highest standards of safety and serviceability. Support the Hire Fleet output targets by helping maintain top-quality assurance. Collaborate with teams to drive quality improvements and lower error rates. Assist with motorcycle movement and preparation on-site. Key Skills: Strong attention to detail —maintaining a right-first-time ethos. Ability to identify mechanical or service issues in completed motorcycles. Physically fit and self-motivated with a dedicated work ethic . A full UK motorcycle license and confidence riding a variety of models. Team player attitude with a collaborative mindset . Bonus Points for: Previous experience in motorcycle road testing or maintenance . Familiarity with fleet operations, hire services, or insurance industries . A passion for motorcycles and an interest in maintaining their performance.
