An exciting opportunity for a candidate passionate about digital, data and processes. Artus Air are looking for an experienced, data driven, and highly organised B2B marketer to join their marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Operations Manager will help shape the marketing function in Artus Air and will be responsible for implementing frameworks to ensure the smooth running of the department as well as campaign delivery.
A varied role, you will manage everything from face-to-face events to digital campaigns, confidently working across all marketing channels to own the effective execution of the marketing strategy. To succeed in and enjoy this role, you must like working with data, automation systems, and processes as well as being confident working cross-functionally to create content and gain campaign engagement from the wider team. You must enjoy managing projects and use clear, effective delivery frameworks and communication strategies. The ability to meet tight deadlines with great project and stakeholder management skills is essential.
Successful candidates will feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial scale-up both autonomously and as part of a team. Face to face interaction is key to our inclusive culture and customer focussed brand; you will be required to work from Artus Air’s Edinburgh office two days a week with occasional travel to their London office and also UK wide for events.
Key Responsibilities:- Digital campaign creation. Create end to end multi-channel campaigns. Tracking success, analysing data, and sharing findings with Head of Marketing.
- Functional content management and creation. Driving the creation of content like case studies and blogs. Ensure all external facing content is up to date, shared internally, and stored correctly. Owning the management of marketing calendars. For example, events and social media.
- Event management. Project management of face to face and virtual events including logistics, stakeholder and supplier coordination, internal briefings, lead management, and marketing automation administration.
- Lead nurture and lifecycle management. Management of leads and nurture processes including workflow creation in marketing automation, data segmentation and cleansing, touchpoint mapping, engagement reporting, and marketing to sales lead handover processes.
